Return Policy


We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. No Returns will be accepted after 30 Days. Authorized returns within thirty (30) days of order may qualify for a refund; however, deployment Services including Encryption, Application Loads, Terminal Programming, and shipping and handling fees are Non-Refundable. 


Contact Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return your item(s) with all contents in the original, unmarked, undamaged packaging. Any packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will result in service delays. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. POSGC will not accept returns for equipment due to customer abuse, the wrong key injection, or check configuration per the customer’s request. Any returns deemed as Locked by Processor or Locked by Digital Certificates will not be eligible for a refund. UPS Shipping fees will apply for returned products.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are issued (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts is subject to a depreciation fee. The depreciation price is the difference between a refurbished device and a new device.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within (15) business days.

An RMA# must accompany all returns and be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
